Delivery Rules



One single order amounting to EUR 75.- is    delivered to your doorstep for free by post package with a maximum weight of 30kg or by our own Transportation once payment is received.






We deliver our products in Amsterdam, Amstelveen, Almere, Zaandam, Haarlem,  and Hoofddorp. Orders are delivered  on Monday - Saturday.



Delivery on public holidays is not possible.


Delivery schedule is between 18:30 and 20:30.

Note: packages will always be sent with a Track & Trace code.
This unique code will be provided by PostNL.

 
Order dispatch
Sunrise Variety aim to dispatch your item within 24 to 72 hours upon placing your order. Please make sure you have entered the correct delivery address before finalizing the check-out. We cannot take responsibility for the delay or loss of a parcel where incorrect or incomplete delivery details have been provided. During very busy season or some unavoidable circumstances, order dispatch may be delayed.

Alternative delivery address
You may specify a different delivery address, if this will be more convenient for you,  just make it sure that this is  permitted  and if secure.  We cannot be held responsible for any loss or delays that may incurr if you give us an alternative delivery address. 

Special delivery schedule
You may contact us about a delivery schedule that suit your needs? 
We will do our best to accommodate requests, however, these are not 100% guaranteed.


Delivery notifications
Once your order has been confirmed, you will receive a delivery notication in a form of email and txt message on what time the courier will be coming. If he fails to deliver your package he  will leave a card with a contact number and further info on how to schedule a re-delivery or details of where your parcel can be collected. Please call immediately.

Incomplete order
There are rare occasions that an item(s) you have ordered becomes "unavailable" we will inform you as soon as possible. If there will be a delay of more than 3 working days, we will give you the option of changing your order or issue an automatic refund.

We strive hard to give you the best possible delivery service.
 However, delivery schedules may be subject to delays
and  changes without  prior notice  by the carrier.
We cannot be held responsible for any delayed
delivery or inconvenience caused, if any arise.
